Brownies Coklat Hepikol^^

Resep dari Mba Rika di Natural Cooking Club

-3 butir telur
-1 kuning telur
-3 sdm terigu protein sedang
-2 sdm susu bubuk
-1 sdm tepung maizena
-1 sdm coklat bubuk
-6 sdm gula pasir
-50 grm coklat batang+2 sdm butter/mentega..cairkan.sisihkan
-1 sdt sp
-100ml mentega cair

Cara buat:
1.campur tepung,susu bubuk,coklat bubuk…menjadi tercampur rata
2.kocok dengan mixer,telur,gula sampai mengembang..lalu masukan sp,sambil di kocok terus hingga putih mengental
3.kecilkan kecepatan mixer,masukan tepung yg sudah tercampur susu,coklat,sambil diaduk
4.terakhir matikan mixer,masukan coklat cair sambil diadul dengan spatula hingga rata
5.olesi mentega.butter happycall…hidupkan api kompor yg paling terkecil
6.tuang semua adonan brownies ke happycall,dan tutup biarkan selama 20 menit,tes tusuk kematengannya.

Brownies Ubi Ungu

Resep dari Mba Puji Rahayu di Natural Cooking Club

 

Bahan:

240ml minyak goreng

100gr cokelat bubuk

300gr ubi ungu kukus halus.

220ml susu cair

300gr gula pasir

3 butir telur

160gr tepung terigu protein sedang

1/2sdt BP

1/4sdt baking soda (gak penuh, sedikit banget aku pakainya, biar gak terlalu mengembang, tp tetep berpori)

1/2sdt garam

1sdt kopi instan (bisa di skip)

Cara:

Panaskan oven.

Hangankan minyak. Jika sudah cukup hangat, matikan api. Masukkan cokelat bubuk, aduk rata. Sisihkan.

Campur ubi ungu halus, susu, gula. Aduk rata. Masukkan telur. Aduk rata.

Tuang adonan cokelat. Aduk rata.

Masukkan tepung, garam, BP, baking soda dan kopi instan. Aduk rata.

Tuang dalam loyang 30x20cm atau 2 loyang 30x10cm.

Oven 20 menit.

Dinginkan, hias sesuai selera

 

Brownies Keju

Bahan A :

3 bt telur

100 gr gula pasir

1 sdm emulsifier

Bahan B :

60 gr tepung terigu

20 gr tepung maizena

1 sdt garam

40 gr susu bubuk

Bahan C :

250 gr cream cheese

50-100 gr butter

Cara :,

kocok bahan A sampai mengembang

masukkan bahan B aduk rata

masukkan creamcheese, aduk, tuang ke dalam loyang ukuran 15×15

kukus selama 20 menit sampai matang

Bumbu Dasar untuk Masak Cepat ;)

Alhamdulillah bunda dapat tips menjelang Ramadhan supaya masak lebih cepat. Yup, bumbu dasar diolah sekaligus dan disimpan di kulkas. Jadi nanti tinggal cemplung aja… Dan ini bisa dilakukan ga hanya di bula puasa aja, apalagi untuk yang ga sempat masak susah-susah seperti saya.

Oke, berikut resep contekan dari Bu Lia:

Bumbu dasar merah
– 400 gram cabai merah (buang bijinya),
– 100 gram bawang merah,
– 50 gram bawang
putih,
-100 gram tomat,
– 20 gram terasi,
– 100 gram gula pasir,
– 15 gram garam,
– 100 ml minyak goreng (saat memblender), dan
-100 ml minyak goreng (saat menumis).
Bumbu ini cocok untuk memasak nasi goreng,
sambal goreng (di tambah lengkuas, salam, dan
santan), dll

Bumbu dasar kuning :
– 100 gram kemiri,
– 150 gram bawah putih, -500 gram bawah
merah,
– 25 gram kunyit,
– 20 gram jahe,
– 20 gram lengkuas,
– 1 sendok makan lada bubuk,
– 2,5 sendok teh garam,
– 2 sendok teh gula pasir,
– 150 ml minyak goreng untuk memblender,
– 50 ml minyak untuk menumis.
Bumbu dasar kuning itu misalnya untuk macam-
macam soto, pesmol, acar, terik daging, sampai
bumbu ayam goreng dan mie goreng.

Bumbu dasar orange :
– 300 gram cabai merah buang bijinya,
– 1 sendok teh jinten,
– 1 sendok teh adas manis bubuk, (saya skip)
– 2,5 sendok makan ketumbar bubuk,
– 100 gram kemiri,
– 150 gram bawang putih,
– 500 gram bawang
merah,
-25 gram kunyit,
– 20 gram jahe,
– 20 gram lengkuas,
– 2 sendok teh lada bubuk, -3,5 gram garam,
– 2 sendok teh gula,
-150 ml minyak goreng untuk memblender, dan
– 50 ml minyak untuk menumis.
Bumbu orange untuk kari, gulai, rendang, dan
macam-macam masakan yang berwarna orange.

Cara membuat Bumbu Dasar :
1. haluskan semua bahan, kecuali gula dan
minyak untuk menumis, hingga halus benar.
2. Panaskan minyak untuk menumis, serta tumis
bumbu sampai harum dan matang. Masukan
gula, tumis sebentar, angkat dan dinginkan.
3. Masukkan ke dalam toples, siap digunakan.
4,. Bumbu dasar bisa di simpan dalam kulkas
selama tiga bulan. Jika ingin memasak, ambillah
sedikit dan masukan bumbu tambahan lain,
seperti rempah2 daun. daun salam. daun jeruk.
sereh. daun kunyit. dll.

Bumbu dasar putih
– 250 gram bawang merah,
– 100 gram bawang putih,
– 50 gram kemiri,
– 3 sentimeter lengkuas di rajang halus,
– 2 sedok teh garam,
– 2 sendok teh gula pasir,
– 100ml minyak goreng (untuk memblender),
– 100 ml minyak goreng untuk menumis.
Bumbu ini cocok untuk makanan berwarna,
misalnya rawon, semur, bisa juga untuk tumisan
mi goreng, dan oseng-oseng

Newborn

2 months
About 10 1/2 to 18 hours. Though more alert and social now, most babies are still taking two to four (or even more) naps a day. Your baby may start skipping one middle-of-the-night feeding.

3 months
About 10 1/2 to 16 1/2 hours. Some (not all!) babies this age can sleep for long stretches of 6 to 8 hours at night. Most take two or three daytime naps.

6 months
About 13 1/4 to 14 1/4 hours. At night, babies typically log around 9 to 11 hours of sleep. Daytime naps may be down to one in the morning and one in the afternoon (though some babies are still taking three or even four short snoozes).

9 months
About 13 to 14 hours. Nearly three-fourths of babies are now sleeping through the night (usually defined as not waking up between midnight and 5 a.m.). Some get all their nighttime slumber in a single shot, sleeping 10 to 11 hours without waking. At this age, your baby’s likely to take two solid naps a day, morning and afternoon. She may have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep, thanks to separation anxiety.

Toddler

12 months
About 12 1/2 to 13 3/4 hours. Sleep continues to total 10 to 11 hours at night, plus two daytime naps that may be getting a bit shorter.

18 months
About 12 1/2 to 13 1/2 hours. By now, your toddler’s morning nap is probably kaput, but thankfully she’ll probably hang on to that afternoon nap for another couple of years. Most kids this age still sleep about 10 to 11 hours at night.

Preschooler

2 years
About 12 1/2 to 13 hours. Most 2-year-olds still nap in the afternoon and sleep around 10 or 11 hours at night. Your little rascal may resist going to sleep now and toddle out of bed after you tuck him in.

Fast fact: At age 2, most children have spent more time asleep than awake.

3 years
About 12 to 13 hours. Your preschooler may still take an afternoon nap, but some kids this age drop naps altogether. Often they make up for it by snoozing a little longer at night. Many have switched from a crib to a big bed by age 3.

Big Kid

4 and 5 years
About 11 to 12 hours. Some kids this age get all their sleep at night, while others still conk out for an hour or two in the afternoon. A child who is in kindergarten or has an unusually active day may be worn out and ready to head to bed earlier than usual.

6 years
About 10 to 11 1/2 hours, all at night. By this age, your child’s naps are probably history. Some children start to have nighttime fears. These can make it hard to fall asleep at bedtime.

7 and 8 years
About 9 1/2 to 11 1/2 hours. Most kids this age get a solid 9 1/2 to 11 1/2 hours of sleep at night. Before you know it, they’ll be teenagers and you’ll wish they didn’t sleep so late on weekend mornings!

CHEESE BLIZZ (8m+)
-50 gr unsalted butter
-7 sdm tepung oat
-1 kuning telur
-keju cheddar parut
-keju cheddar potong dadu keciiiil 🙂

Kocok butter dan telur pake whisker atau garpu. Masukin tepung oat, masukin keju parut. Aduk sampe kalis. Bentuk bulet2, masukin isi cheddar yang dipotong dadu kecil. Buletin kembali. Panggang pake oven/happycall.

Cheese cake kukus ala kadarnya.. 😀

Pernah maem cheese cake-nya Brea*talk? Nah ini rasanya mirip seperti itu.. 🙂
Resep :
1. Kocok 3 butir telur + gula 2 sdm sampai benar-benar kaku.
2. Ayak 6sdm peres terigu + 2 sdm maizena + 5 sdm susu bubuk.
3. Campur 1 gelas uht plain + 3 sdm SKM putih + 1/2 batang keju parut + 1,5 sdm custard powder. Masak sampai mendidih & agak kental. Dinginkan. Kocok dengan 5 sdm margarin sampai benar-benar lembut.
4. Panaskan kukusan, jangan lupa bungkus tutupnya dg kain.
5. Campur semua adonan, aduk rata pelan saja.
6. Kukus

Bahan :
telur 4 butir, labu kuning 250gr kukus haluskan, 100ml minyak sayur, gula 100 gr, terigu 100 gr,keju parut 50gr

Cara : kocok telur+gula sampai ngembang,masukkan terigu+labu+keju parut aduk rata,masukkan minyak goreng..kukus deh (tutup kukusannya dilapisi kain)

kocok telur dgn kecepatan tinggi, masukkan vanilla , masukkan gula , kocok hingga mengembang
kecilkan kecepatan mixer masukkan campuran kentang , masukkan campuran tepung sambik diayak sedikit2 , aduk rata
masukkan keloyang muffin alas pappercup tabur keju , oven 190dc kurleb 20-30mnt , tergantung cetakan yg Dipake , tes tusuk
